For stays of less than 7 nights or groups up to 18 persons, please email us at [email protected] stating what dates, how many nights and the number of persons in your party including children.

Our rates include maid service to clean & change bed linen as required. Our caretaker Brent will be on hand to assist you with any queries throughout your stay (he stays in our apartment below the villa).

To book, we require a deposit of 50% and the balance at least one month prior to your arrival. Refunds only given when new guests book your same dates and pay.

We require a $500tt cash deposit for electronic gate controller & $500tt for a set of 10 towels (you may bring your own towels if you wish) and $1,000tt for any breakages, the same will be returned when you leave. Any breakages over $1,000tt must be paid in full before you leave in cash.
