 | At Villa Easytimes we have a large organic vegetable garden growing a variety of seasonal vegetables in rotation. Currently we are planting out : Tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, onions, carrots, peas, sweet potato, dasheen, sweetcorn, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, courgettes, red beans, watermelon. Squash, sweet peppers, hot peppers as well as many kinds of herbs. The fruit trees are mostly too young yet but we do have papaya, pineapple, banana and cashew nut tree. All around are exotic flowers, shrubs,cacti and trees in pots, hanging baskets and flower beds giving an array of sweet smells even at night time from `The Lady of the Night` plant. There is a shady area under the Cedar Tree, a large car parking area and the rest of the garden is laid to lawn. | |
