Island of Tobago - Things to Do

The idyllic Island of Tobago has stunning scenery with views of coves, deserted beaches, the oldest protected rainforest, rivers & waterfalls. Island & rainforest tour can be arranged with q reliable guide who can speak English, German, French & Spanish.

The colourful coral reefs can be viewed from glass bottomed boat where you may well see turtles, manta rays, tropical reef fish, tame sharks & whatever else may pass by.

We have tents for rent if you wish to sleep out under the stars on the beach, in the garden or in the jungle. There are interesting historical sites and forts to visit. Scarbourough is the vibrant capital with a mix of old wooden shops and new malls. From here you can take the fast boat to Trinidad.

There are good diving/snorkeling sites and the Island is surrounded by beautiful beaches where you can do watersports or just relax. There are 2 championship golf courses, horse riding, fishing (including game fishing), kite surfing, surfing, cycling &many more. There is a good variety of restaurants, cafes, bars (some open late with music) & casinos.

Throughout the year there a events going on around the Island like goat racing, crab racing, music parties/fetes, fishing tournements, Heritage & local festivals.
